¡°Home Landmark¡± points and reward terms and conditions |
- Points collection/award method
Member¡¯s stay at Beijing Landmark Hotel : Every one (1 )yuan RMB spent will earn one ( 1 ) point;
Every five ( 5 )yuan RMB spent at food and beverage outlets will earn one ( 1 ) point;
All other expenditure except with the exclusion of expenditure at above said room and F&B , for every ten (10 )yuan RMB spent will earn one ( 1 )point.
- Expiry date of Points
All point(s) earned will expire on the 31st day of December of each calendar year and shall no longer be valid nor applicable and shall be treated as null and void after each and every 31st day of December of the calendar year.
- Qualification of the Member
All the terms and conditions shall be and only can be applied for individual guest. Companies and entities shall not be considered and not eligible.
- Validity
Beijing Landmark Towers reserves the right to terminate Landmark Club membership by providing written notice to members six months in advance. In such an event, the members¡¯ right to earn points and rewards shall no longer be valid after sixty days upon receipt of such notice and Furthermore the members¡¯ right to exercise and exchange the points shall no longer be valid after 90 days upon receipt of such notice regardless of the length of time and extent of the members¡¯ participation in the program.
- Cancellation of Membership
Landmark Towers reserves the right to cancel any of the membership or declare the point to be inefficacy due to but not limited to the following reasons:
- members instituting actions against any of the terms and conditions contained herein
- mistaken and/or misunderstood any of the information of the terms and conditions contained herein or abuse or misuse of the points and reward program
- room rate and/ or any other charges not fully paid
- cheating or abusing the program
- guest who has more than one membership account
- having bad influence for whatsoever reason on the membership program
- all interpretation of the terms and conditions of this program shall be at the
- sole discretion of Landmark Towers.
- Modification on terms and conditions
Landmark Towers reserves the right to modify, amend, change or cancel either in part or in whole any of the terms, conditions, regulations, benefits or rewards which may affect the value of the points and the member will agree and accept such effect and outcomes.
- Change or Update of information
Any modification on the terms and conditions or latest regulations and rules, unless otherwise specified, will be updated and shown on our website : www.beijinglandmark.com.
Whilst Landmark Towers will endeavour to inform members about such modifications, Landmark Towers shall not be held responsible for any acts or omissions, whatsoever or howsoever caused, and it shall be the members sole responsibility to check with Landmark Towers on any modifications and deem to have accepted the medications as such.
- Non Legal Rights
Nothing herein contained shall confer on the member any right to enforce any covenant to any benefit of this program.
- Criteria on the Points
- Members shall obtain the point when they check-in and pay all charges;
- Members whose name is registered are entitled to receive the points?
- If more than one club members check in one room or more than one members are charged under 1 meal bill, only one of the members shall be entitled to receive the reward points;
- If the room rate is paid by the business group, tourist group, association or any company as a part of the business meeting (more than 10 rooms), the member shall not be entitled to any points.
- All charges in Landmark Hotel restaurants billed to room rate shall be rewarded with points;
- Value of points
1.Points are cannot be exchanged for cash. They are only valid and applicable according to the terms and conditions of this Point Rewards program.
2.Points do not have any fixed monetary value.
- 3.In this presents, the Point Rewards program the wordings ¡°won¡± or ¡°earned,¡± shall be read as ¡°gathered¡± or ¡°collected,¡± and shall not be construed as that the points have any monetary value, except for what they are traded for or exchanged.
4.Points may not be sold or purchased or transferred, without formal and prior approval from Landmark Hotel.
Adjustment on Points
The points in the members¡¯ accounts are constantly changing, reflecting the actual occupancy, any adjustments, and any alterations in the Point Rewards program. If you feel the information on your account activity report is inaccurate, please Contact the Landmark Club and we will adjust your points appropriately. Please retain any receipts from your hotel stay in case they are needed for any verifications or future point adjustment.
Failure to receive notification
All bills, statements, notices or communications which Landmark club may desire or be required to give to the members shall be deemed sufficiently given or rendered if made in writing and delivered to the members personally or sent by mail addressed to the members at the last known address of the members and the time of rendering such bill or statement or giving of such notice or communication shall be deemed to be the time the same is delivered to the member (in case of mailing) when the same would be delivered in the ordinary course of post.
- Redemption or Exchange of points
All points must be redeemed or exchanged via the hotel¡¯s website. The hotel will not accept any redemption or exchanges of points by phone.
- Interpretation of promotional activities
Landmark Towers claims all rights to the interpretation, validity, construction and enforcement of the terms and conditions of this promotional activity. Landmark Towers has the right to add, amend, delete, or alter any of the terms and conditions or any regulations associated with this Point Rewards program with or without prior notice.
- Earn Bonus
Bonus gain from accumulation points shall be attained from advance reservations.
Bonus is applicable to one night stay in a relevant Room (including tax). Each bonus shall be recorded in the ¡°landmark club¡± member¡¯s account to ensure that the appropriate points shall be deducted from the total points accumulated. There is a limited number of rooms in the hotel, and reservations shall be made after due consideration to the occupancy situation and the supply of available rooms. There is a high possibility that reservations for bonus stays may not be? available during the peak season.
The bonus stay shall include the room rate. Any laundry, telephone, gratuity, or other fees will be at the expense of the guest.
Landmark Club members who receive bonus stay shall have a guaranteed room reservation. Points shall be deducted from the member¡¯s account when the member contacts the hotel to confirm their reservation. If there is any cancellation, late arrival, change of plans, or no show, the points will be forfeited from the member¡¯s account.
