¡°Home Landmark¡± Club Policy |
- Landmark Tower shall consider and reserve the right to decide on the guest membership qualification, benefits and services to be provided according to the guest details and information rendered to it.
- Application for use of privileges, services, terms and conditions only in
Beijing Landmark Towers.
- Any disputes on terms and conditions contained herein shall be as in
accordance with the laws, rules and procedures of the People¡¯s Republic of
China.
- Landmark Towers reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Landmark
Club membership of any member who has infringe, breach or fail to comply
with any of the laws, rules, procedures and regulations of the People¡¯s
Republic of China.
- Withstanding that the membership have no expiry date, Landmark Towers reserves the right to terminate and cease all benefits, services and membership at any time, without assigning any reason whatsoever by giving six(6) months notice to its members of such termination. ?Landmark Club members can enjoy the benefits and services within the six months notification period. Thereafter, Landmark Towers shall not entertain nor be responsible nor liable for any claims, damages or losses caused to any of its members and Furthermore the membership shall be treated as null and void.
- Landmark Towers reserves the right to change and amend the privileges, benefits and services offered to the members from time to time at its discretion and the use of such privileges, benefits and services signifies the acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
- Landmark Towers shall consider individuals above 18 years old as eligibility age to be its Landmark club member and documentary proof of such eligibility shall be provided by the individuals (the members are to agree with all the terms and conditions stipulated herein). Corporation or company or group shall not be considered for membership for the time being.
- Membership is non transferable
- Reward or link points awarded to member are not transferable.
- Reward and link points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Link points shall be awarded according to room rental purchase. One (1) link point shall be awarded to every one (1) yuan RMB room rental purchase.
- Points usage shall be deducted from your account, accordingly.
- Landmark Club member may utilize the link points to book and reserve room at Landmark Hotel subject to availability of room, written confirmation and terms and conditions applicable at time of such booking and reservation. Link points shall be deducted from member account in the event of any cancellation made by member who contravenes or fails to perform or comply or observe the terms and conditions as specified in the Landmark Hotel contract.
- All interpretation of the Link Points and Reward program shall be at the sole discretion of Beijing Landmark Towers.
- All Landmark Club members hereby agree that they shall personally register, pay and stay as guests in the hotel. All members agree that they have fully read and comprehend all the terms and conditions contained herein and shall enjoy the benefits and services, accordingly.
- All Landmark Club Members are to bring along and produce their membership card and number when making room reservations to enjoy the membership benefits and services upon check-in.
- Notwithstanding anything herein contained, Landmark Towers will endeavour to ensure the services and benefits are adequately provided and Landmark Towers shall not be bound by any representations or promises with respect to such services and benefits by any circumstances beyond its control ( including but not limited to the existence of riots, civil commotion, curfew, emergency, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, Act of God, and force majeur ) and Furthermore, shall not be liable for damages or losses sustain by any of its members for any reason; whatsoever or howsoever caused.
- Beijing Landmark Towers reserves the right to terminate any membership due to but not limited to the following reasons:-
Any member who institute any action against the terms and conditions contained herein£»
Any member who violate, flout, infringe and breach any of the local laws and rules.
Any member who has been convicted for any offence by the court(s) of the People¡¯s Republic of China
Upon termination of such membership, the member shall no longer enjoy the services and benefits and the membership shall be treated as null and void.
- Any Landmark Club member who does not stay in the hotel within a 24 month period, its membership and the accompanying benefit and services shall automatically be terminated and ceased. However, the guest can re-apply for a new membership card subject to any applicable rules and regulations determine by Landmark Towers at the time of such application.
- Landmark Towers shall not be responsible nor assume any liability to all its members, for any changes to its partnership status.
- Nothing herein contained shall confer the co-operation or collaboration by Landmark Towers with any company or client.
- All interpretation of the terms and conditions contained herein shall be at the sole discretion of Landmark Towers.
